                          File taken up again at the request of counsel for both the parties.  The respondents/JDs have tendered Cheque No. 988081 dated 04.05.2016 in favour of Sh. Narinder Kumar Mittal S/o Sh. Rattan Chand Mittal for Rs. 2,88,875/- of Punjab National Bank, G.T. Road, Moga for payment to the applicant/DH as full and final payment. The applicant/DH has  received the aforesaid Cheque tendered by the respondents/JDs and stated that he  does not want to pursue  the present execution application which may kindly be dismissed being fully satisfied. Such statements recorded and placed on record.

                     In view of this, the instant execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to the record room.
