COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:       Complainant in person.

                   None for the Ops.

 

                   Today the complainant has filed an application for putting up the case file and further permitting to withdraw his present complaint. Heard. Application is allowed as prayed for. Case is preponed from 18.05.2018 to today. 

Complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised with the Ops. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, it is clear that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
