After arguing the matter at some length on the question of entertainability of this complaint before this Commission, learned counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to the complainant to seek his remedy before the appropriate court/forum in  accordance with law.  The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. 

Learned counsel for the complainant states that if it is required, he will move an application under Section 14 of the Limitation Act,
