Sh. Vibhor Maheshwari, learned counsel for the appellant is present.

An application has been moved on behalf of the appellant, stating therein that the grievance of the appellant has been redressed, hence the appellant does not want to continue the appeal.  It has been prayed that the appellant be permitted to withdraw the appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have settle their dispute, hence the appellant may be permitted to withdraw this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
