ORDER:-

                   The respondents made the outstanding payment of Rs.22,000/- to the petitioner, through Account Payee Cheque, which in original handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. His statement to this effect has been recorded. Photocopy of the cheque retained on the record. Record of the execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned, to the records treating it fully satisfied.
