ORDER

 It is stated by Counsel for the complainant that the loan transaction was for an amount of Rs.3.75 crores. Dispute has arisen out of the same.

                   Faced with the ratio of the judgment passed by Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in the case of AMBRISH KUMAR SHUKLA & 21 ORS. Vs. FERROUS INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD., Consumer Case No.97 of 2016, decided on 07.10.2016, Counsel for the complainant states that let he be allowed to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it before the proper Fora or to avail any other legal remedy as per law.

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
