On call, Learned counsel on behalf of J.D. only appeared and drawn the attention of the application filed on 22.09.2022 and submitted that now this Ex-case is fit to be dismissed. Because as mentioned Para in. 06 of his reply would show that order of learned District Consumer Commission have already been executed as the Opposite party has already defreezed the account of complainant on 05.11.2018. Further also stated that the complainant and her daughter namely Anjali Deep Singh come to the branch and given written statement with regard to the deduct of sum of Rs. 7100/- per month from pension account till the adjust of the recovery amount. The Photostat copy of application submitted by Meena Singh submitted bank is also attached with this application which would he sufficient to show that this Ex-petition is now to fit be disposed of. In view of the facts of this case that order of the District Consumer Commission passed in complaint case no. 183/2018 on 28.09.2018 has been complied and the copy of the application submitted by Meena Singh on 31.10.2018 supports the same. Hence, this Ex-case stands disposed of.
