Case is put up before the National Lok Adalat. Sh. Sunil Dutt, Chief Manager, Circle Office, Punjab National Bank, Bathinda made a statement that the opposite party bank willing to enter in compromise with the complainant and as per compromise the opposite party bank is ready to waive of credit card invoice up to today i.e. 12.11.2022 and the bank remove the lien from the saving account of the complainant in PNB. His statement recorded and taken up on the file. 

On the other hand Sh. Gagandeep Garg adv counsel for complainant made a statement that I have heard the above said statement of the officer of opposite party bank and agree with the same and withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statements of the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, parties are bound by their undertakings made today before the National Lok Adalat. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
