                   Today, the case was fixed in the National Lok Adalat.  Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that as per statement dated 21.11.2022, he withdraws the present complaint. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in National Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
