CC/601/2023
Kavita Versus PNB
Present: Ms.Priyanka Sahni, counsel for complainant.
Shri Bhavishay Sahni, counsel for OPs No.1 & 2
Shri Deepak Singh Dhull, counsel for OP no.3
Today the case is fixed for compromise, if any, otherwise for filing written version and power of attorney.
Learned counsel for the parties submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the OPs have paid an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- on 07.02.2024, to the complainant being full and final settlement. However, learned counsel for the parties sought an adjournment on the ground that legal fee is still pending to be paid by the parties to them.
Heard.
Admittedly, the compromise has already been effected and complainant has already received an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- being full and final settlement. Thus, there is no justified reason for adjourning the present complaint on the above said ground. Further adjournment on the above said ground would waste the precious time of this Commission and harassment to the parties. Hence, the present complaint is dispose of being compromise. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
