Statement of Sh. Dinesh Dogra Branch Manager of Punjab National Bank Handiya Bazaar, Barnala recorded to the effect that till today the Bank had credited to the account of the complainant interest subsidy to the tune of Rs. 51,594/-, which was received from the ministry of HRD. The Bank also undertakes to credit the remaining interest subsidy as and when the same is received from the ministry of HRD and this complaint is premature and the same is liable to be withdrawn by the complainant. On the other hand, Statement of Sh. Kamaldeep Goyal counsel for complainant also recorded to the effect that he has heard the above said statement of Sh. Dinesh Dogra Branch Manager of opposite parties and in view of the above said statement, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of complainant as premature. In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as premature. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
