ORDER

 

 

1.                The matter has been settled between the parties. Statements made by of the parties, recorded separately, are reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh. Karambir,Complainant No. 1 & Ms.Jogindro, W/o Sh. Karambir, Complainant No. 2, Sh. Harsharn Singh, Adv, proxy for Sh. R.K Vaishisht, Counsel for Complainant. 

                      

                   We do not press any claim made in the present complaint, if OP Bank defreeze our account No. 32530001000890072 within 15 days from today i.e. 22.08.2024. We further under take to deposit the amount of Rs.19,000/- (available balance in the account as on today) with OP Bank within two workings days on the demand of OP Bank, relating to order of freezing the account from any court, if any. Till date there is no order of attachment has been passed by the any Court of Law as per our knowledge. We further undertake that in case OP Bank suffer any loss in defreezing the account we could be liable for the same, indeminify the OP Bank and we will not close this account during our life time. We will maintain minimum balance as per Bank guide lines. In view of the statement, complaint be disposed off with direction to OP Bank to defreeze the account.

                   The OP Bank have no objection if the complaint of the complainant is disposed off in view of the above stated statement.”

2.                In view of the above, the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement. The parties shall be bound by their statements made on 22.08.2024.

3.                Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties, as per rules. After compliance file be consigned.
