No one appears for the appellant. Even then, we have considered the grounds set up in the memorandum of appeal. In our view, the State Commission was more than generous in granting the kind of relief which the appellant has already been granted in the present appeal. We see absolutely no case for upgradation of the said relief by way of enhancement. The First Appeal is accordingly dismissed. Later on, Mr. A.H. Khan, Advocate appeared on behalf of the appellant and he is apprised of the order so passed in the matter.
