ORDER

Jagmal Singh Vs. PNB

CC No.395 of 2014

Present:            None for complainant.

None for OP No.1 and 2.

                        OP No.3 already ex parte.

Today the case is fixed for filing evidence of the complainant subject to the last opportunity. Case called several time since morning. It is already 03.30 pm. Neither the complainant nor his counsel has appeared nor filed any evidence. After perusal of the interim orders, it is evident that only proxy counsel was appearing from the last 3-4 dates. Original counsel has not been appearing from the last many dates and so many opportunities had already been given to the complainant for filing evidence. Now, there is no justification to adjourn the case after affording last opportunity. Hence, we have no option except to dismiss the complaint. Hence, the complaint of the complainant is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
