Complainant and Opposite Parties filed compromise dated 23.07.2015 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh.1, the complainant has already received Rs.10,000/- against full and final settlement of this case.  Therefore, the prayer of the complainant has become infructuous.  Hence the case is dismissed.
