                        The learned counsel for complainant has appeared and made statement that he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate Forum having territorial jurisdiction with a request for return of documents.  Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainant to file fresh before the appropriate Forum having territorial jurisdiction, as permitted by law.          After retaining one set of the complaint, the remaining sets be returned to the complainant.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
