Ganesh Singh, aged 63 years son of Late Shri Bhagwat Singh, resident of Chhoti Kehopur Nalapar near Satsang Mandir Jamalpur, District Munger(Bihar).

  1. Punjab National Bank Branch Kheri Sadh Distt. Rohtak, through its Manager.
  2. State Bank of India, Janakpuri, West Code SBI 17036, Special Currency Administration Branch, New Delhi-110076 through its Manager/In-charge.
  3. State Bank of India Jamalpur near Petrol Pump Jamalpur Munger Road, Jamalpur-811214 through its Manager/In-charge.

Present:       Shri Niraj Kumar Singh son of complainant in person.   

                   Shri SP Gulati, Advocate for opposite party no.1.

                   Shri OP Chugh, Advocate for opposite party no.2.

                   Opposite party no.3 already exparte.

                  

                   Shri Niraj Kumar Singh son of complainant appeared in person and made a statement that his father has been expired, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                   In view of the statement made above, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
