ORDER

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     The case is at the stage of admission. At this stage, it has been orally stated by counsel for complainant that she wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file afresh with the better particulars by amending the prayer clause. She further stated that she will be filing e-mail to this effect during the course of the day. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars, as permissible under the law. As prayed for, additional sets of complaint be returned to the complainant.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
