                    On 13.5.2021,  Sh.Dilbagh Singh, complainant suffered statement that he does  not want to proceed with the complaint due to certain technical defects and as such he withdrew the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause  of action after removing the technical defects before the appropriate court/Commission. Today, quorum is complete. Consequently, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.  However, complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause  of action after removing the technical defects before the appropriate court/Commission.
