2. Punjab National Bank, Riwara, Tehsil Gohana, District Sonipat through its Branch Manager.

Present : None for the complainant.

None for respondent no.1.

Respondent no.2 already ex-parte.

Case called several times since morning, but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.45 pm. Further wait is not justified. It is also observed that the present complaint was filed before this Forum on 6.3.2018 and since then the same is fixed for service of respondent-JD no.1. From the very beginning, notice could not be issued to the respondent-JD no.1. on account of no-filing of copy of complaint and registered AD cover by the complainant. It appears that the complainant is least interested in pursuing the present complaint. As today (02.04.2019) neither the complainant nor any other representative has appeared, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for no-prosecution.

 File be consigned to the record-room.
