ORDER:

                   Learned counsel for the complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that the matter has been compromised with the opposite Parties, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
