ORDER

None for applicant.

Since none appeared for the applicant on the last date of hearing, service post card was  issued to him, however, none is present today also.

On perusal of averments made in the application and copy of the impugned order, it appears that by this application the applicant has sought review/restoration of appeal No.1373/14, which has been dismissed  by this Commission for want of prosecution on 4.3.2015.

In view of order passed by the Apex Court in Rajeev Hitendra Pathak and others vs. Achyut Kashinath Karekar and another 2011 (8) SCJ 308, the District Forums and State Commissions do not have the power to review/recall their orders.  As such this application is not maintainable.  It is accordingly dismissed.
