As per record parties lastly appeared on 20.02.2020 prior to Covid-19, thereafter, lastly when complete physical hearing started on 10.11.2022 Sh. M.K. Gill appeared on behalf of complainant and apprise no one is appearing from complainant family. On 26.07.2023 on the request of counsel for complainant time granted for filing of application for impleadment of LRs as complainant had died. Complainant LRs failed to take appropriate steps despite giving opportunity since 10.11.2022. Now, also 10 months have been passed. Even the date of death is not disclosed. It seems that LR of complainant is no more interested in pursuing the present complaint. As per order 22 CPC LRs are not substituted within statutory prescribed period, therefore complaint stand abated. File be consigned to record room.
