During the course of proceedings, Sh.K.C.Malhotra, Advocate Counsel for Complainant made statement that he does not want to proceed with the present complaint due to technical defects with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action after rectifying the defects and for that permission may kindly be granted. In view of statement made by Ld.
