This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 alleging deficiency in service against the opposite parties with respect to the extra loan amount collected from them and also reporting wrongly to the CIBIL along with a prayer to send a proper report to CIBIL Agency and to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony and hardship caused to the complainant along with a cost of the proceedings to the complainant.
Withdrawal memo filed by complainant that the matter has been settled amicably and recorded. Hence, Consumer Complaint disposed of as settled out of Court. No cost.
This order was pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 25th day of October 2023.
