Present:        Complainant in person.

Shri Rajeev Kumar Gupta, Advocate, Counsel for OPs No.1 and 2 (Defence struck off vide order dated 13.01.2020).

         

          The case file is taken up today on the application moved by the the Complainant seeking permission for withdrawal of the present Consumer complaint. In this regard, the Complainant also by making a separate statement stated that he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied, and now nothing is due against the OPs.

                     Heard. Since the dispute in question involved in the present complaint has been amicably settled between the parties in view of the statement of the Complainant, the present Consumer Complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
