                    Heard. The complainant has made a statement before this Commission that due to some technical deficiency, he wants to withdraw the present complaint and he may be permitted to file a fresh complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law.
