Today, none responds on behalf of the appellant, whereas learned counsel Sh. S.M. Joshi on behalf of respondent No. 1 as well as learned counsel Sh. Vijay Pal Tiwari on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 & 3, have appeared.

On 25.10.2024, the appellant had moved a withdrawal application, stating that the appellant wants to withdraw the appeal, as the matter has been settled between the parties.

Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3 have no objection against the acceptance of the application.

Accordingly, the withdrawal application moved on behalf of the appellant is hereby allowed and the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.  No order as to costs.

File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.

A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
