Today is fixed for filing W.V. Both parties are present by filing hazira. At this stage petitioner files a petition that the matter has been amicably settled with the O.P. out of this Forum and the complainant is not willing to proceed further with this case and prays for dropping of this case.

Ld. Lawyer for the O.P. admits and raises no objection to that petition.

Heard both sides, considered. Perused the petition with note of no objection by O.P.

that the petition for dropping this case is allowed, accordingly drop the case being No.CC-65/2015.
