ORDER

  Attendance on behalf of both the parties filed  through their  respective advocates.

                     Present complaint was filed against the OP for deficiency in service alleging non-credit of the tax deducted from income of the cmplainant in the account of the government of India under the relevant head  of income tax department.  On the previous date the OP had submitted the TDS certificate for the complainant’s both the fixed deposited accounts.  Copy of the same was delivered to the learned advocate  for the complainant even today. In course of hearing learned advocate for the  complainant has admitted that the tax deducted  on the income through interest of the fixed deposite of the  complainant  has been credited  in the proper account.

                     As such from the above submission of the parties no deficiency in service from the part of the OP  is apparent. Hence the present complaint is disposed off on satisfaction of the complainant.
