The record is put up today.

It appears that FA/50/2011 was dismissed with cost of Rs. 5,000/-only by the Hon’ble  SCDRC, West Bengal on 23/07/2012.

The  Decree holder has not taken any step in the Execution Case since July, 2012.

So, it is apparent on the face of the record that the Decree holder is not interested to proceed with the Execution Case.

Hence, it is

                                                            O R D E R E D

that the Execution Case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution without cost.
