On perusal of file, it has come into notice of this Commission that complainant has availed five opportunities for tendering his evidence i.e. 24.02.2022, 25.05.2022, 13.07.2022, 09.09.2022 and for today i.e. 22.11.2022 being last one but failed to tender his evidence. Today neither complainant nor his counsel or any representative appeared before the Commission despite repeated calls. It is 12.50 P.M. In the interest of justice, file be again taken up after lunch break.

                    Case called at 4.00 P.M. but this time also neither complainant nor any representative on his behalf appeared before the Commission to pursue his case, wherefrom it is presumed that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Accordingly, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties to complaint as per rules. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
