As per order of the Hon'ble State Commission No.SCDRC/PB/2023/5279 dated 6.7.2023, today the Ld. President has gone to District Consumer Commission Kapurthala on additional charge. Office report seen. Today, Statement of Sh.Vikas Sharma, Adv. Counsel for the Complainant recorded that due to some technical defects & typographical errors in the present complaint, he withdraws the present complaint. Permission may kindly be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action. The Original documents may kindly be returned to the Counsel for the Complainant.

In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the complainant to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action.
