Learned counsel Sh. S.M. Joshi for the respondents has appeared, but neither the appellant nor her counsel has appeared inspite of several calls.

Hence, in the absence of the appellant, the appeal shall stand as dismissed.  No order as to costs.

A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith the copy of the order. Original file be sent back to the Commission concerned.
