It is stated by learned counsel for respondent No.2 that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement and respondent No.2- Bank has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.6,500/- to the petitioner in full and final settlement of his claim. Pursuant to the settlement counsel for respondent No.2 has tendered a bankers cheque of Rs.6,500/- in favour of the petitioner dated 3rd June, 2013 drawn at Oriental Bank of Commerce to the petitioner which is accepted by him in full and final settlement of his claim. Petitioner states that after the receipt of this bankers cheque his claim stands satisfied. In view of the above, the matter is disposed of as compromised/fully settled.
