ORDER

       Complainant, Sri N. K. Sinha in person is present by filing hazira.

       Learned counsel Mr. A. Bhattacharjee is present on behalf of the OP.

       A prayer has been submitted by the complainant wherein he has stated that on 02.03.2022 the OP-Bank has credited the arrears DR in his account and as such, he does not want to proceed with the case and prays for dropping the case.

       Heard Mr. N. K. Sinha and he also states that since the OP-Bank has credited the arrears DR in his account, for which he has filed the instant complaint, the same may be disposed of.

       In view of the petition and submission made by the complainant Sri N. K. Sinha the instant complaint is dropped as already settled.

       Make necessary entry in the TR.

       Furnish copy of this order to the complainant and the OP free of cost.
