Statement of Sh.Surinder Bajaj, Complainant recorded that since the Principal amount alongwith the interest claimed in the complaint exceeds the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Forum, so he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint at this juncture and he may kindly be granted permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before Hon'ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh and he may be granted one month time. The Original documents may be returned to him.

In view of the statement suffered by the Complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the complainant to file a fresh complaint before Hon'ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh and the original documents be returned to the Complainant. File be consigned to the record room.
