Final Order / Judgement

Case taken up today on the application of Sudesh Sharma-complainant along with her counsel, which was fixed for 02.03.2021. The Assistant Branch Manager of the opposite parties has made a statement recorded separately that today on behalf of the bank, he has brought the NOC along with original sale deed document No. 266 dated 21.04.2005 which was deposited with the bank by the complainants at the time of taking the loan and the above said sale deed has been handed over to the complainant-Sudesh Sharma in the Court today. Now, nothing is due against the complainant regarding the present complaint. The bank has no objection, if the entry in favour of opposite party No. 1 is deleted in the revenue record and if at any stage, the fresh NOC is required by the complainant the bank will provide her the fresh one.

The complainant-Sudesh Sharma also suffered statement to the effect that she has heard the statement of ABM, Punjab Gramin Bank, Branch Lachowal and she along with her  husband took housing loan from OP-bank and deposited original title deed document No. 266 dated 21.04.2005.  Today, she has received the aforesaid original title deed from OP No. 1 along with other documents regarding the present case and now, no document is due against opposite party No. 1. She has also paid all the dues  till today with the opposite party No. 1. So, she does not want to pursue the present complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
