The matter was passed over once. Even on the second call also none appears on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing also, i.e., 01.10.2013 none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, though the counsel for the respondents was present. However, the petitioner has sent an application for adjournment through FAX for the last date of hearing. Accordingly, the matter was adjourned for today. Today also, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Even though hearing notice for today date was sent to the petitioner as well as their counsel on 24.10.2013. AD Card has not been received. Since more than 30 days have elapsed, the petitioner shall be deemed to have been served. Since, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner nor his counsel, the present revision petition is dismissed in default.
