                     Sh.Bandeep Singh, Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that opposite party has reversed the amount of Rs.354/- in the account of the complainant. As such, the complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and on the instructions of the complainant; he withdraws the present complaint reserving his right to file a fresh complaint in case any dispute qua the ATM in question arises. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn accordingly. File be consigned to the record room.
