Statement of the complainant recorded to the effect that due to some technical defect he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and same be dismissed as withdrawn. However, he may be given liberty to file the case in the appropriate court.

In view of the statement of the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Since the complaint is withdrawn on the ground of technical defect, therefore, the complainant is at liberty to file the same in the appropriate court as per law, which shall exclude the time spent by the complainant for prosecuting the complaint in this Forum while computing the period of limitation for filing the case. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
