ORDER

11.2.09 Present: Sh.Amarvir Singh,Advocate, counsel for the applicant/ complainant. This is an application filed by the applicant/complainant for restoration of his complaint which was dismissed in default on 21.1.09. Heard on this application. The plea of the complainant is that he could not appear before this Forum on 21.1.2009 due to some unavoidable circumstances. The perusal of the record shows that complainant is at the iniltial stage and even its notice has been issued to the opposite parties.
