ORDER

At the time of arguments, the matter has finally been settled.

                   Counsel for the appellant has handed over a demand draft bearing No.067900 dated 05.03.2018 for an amount of Rs.1 Lac towards full and final settlement of all claims raised by the respondent/complainant. The original draft has been accepted by the respondent/complainant who is present in Court against receipt. Photocopy of the same has been retained on file.

                   In view of above, this appeal alongwith Miscellaneous Application bearing No.56 of 2017 filed by the appellant has become infructuous and the same stand disposed of accordingly.

                   We are hopeful that in terms of order passed by us, the Forum below will also dispose of the Execution Application having been rendered infructuous.

                   Certified copy of this  order be sent to the parties free of charge
