Counsel for the Petitioner and the respondent in person present.  The respondent has filed an application to withdraw the Complaint No.703/2004 due to which this revision arose.  The complainant has also stated in Para-5 of the application that he has no objection if any amount including Rs.1,23,050/- deposited in the State Commission or any other amount deposited by the Petitioner in any Court or Forum pursuant to any order passed in the proceedings arising out of the Complaint No.703/2004,  is returned back to the Petitioner.  The complaint is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn in aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.  The amount deposited by the Petitioner shall be returned as stated in terms of para-5 of the application.
