Aman Kamboj Vs. Puma Sports.

 

Present:      Shri Harpal Singh Kamboj, Adv. for the petitioner.

                   Shri Pushkar Sharma, Adv. for the respondent.

 

                   Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the petitioner, the present execution petition has fully been satisfied on payment of Award amount by the respondent.  In terms of order dated 09.12.2021, warrant of attachment issued against the respondent, is hereby cancelled and business premises of the respondent, mentioned in the order dated 09.12.2021, are hereby ordered to be released from attachment  in this case only and record of the present execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records, treating it fully satisfied.
