ORDER

     Case taken up today before the National Lok Adalat. Sh.Navdeep Singh Dhillon, Complainant in person wants to make statement. Recorded separately and placed on the file. As per the statement of complainant, he has received cheque/pay order for Rs.4399/- bearing cheque/pay order No.779740 dated 19.04.2023 in his favour drawn on Deutsche Bank Bangalore, from OP No.1 towards refund of invoice amount in full and final settlement in the present matter and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further and prayed that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of aforesaid cheque/pay order. Photocopy of cheque/pay order has been placed on record. The present consumer complaint is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of cheque/pay order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.                   Sd/-
