After arguing for some time, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this compliant with liberty to file the same before the competent Commission.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Office is directed to prepare one  photocopy of the main file, except judgment attached (Annexure C-4),  for records and return all the three paper-books to the complainant against proper receipt, within seven days from today.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
