ORDER

                    Vakalatnama on behalf of the Judgment Debtors filed today, which is taken on record.

                        It is stated by Sh. Ramnik Gupta, Advocate, Counsel for the Judgment Debtors at bar that Judgment Debtors No.2 & 3, namely, Sh. Anurag Bhargava impleaded as Chairman/Co-founder of Ireo Fiveriver Private Limited and Sh. Lalit Goyal impleaded as Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Ireo Fiverivers Private Limited have no concern whatsoever and they have nothing to do with the Companies Ireo Fiveriver Private Limited and Puma Realtors Private Limited.

                        On our asking, Counsel for the judgment debtors states that in Puma Realtors Private Limited, Sh. Anupam Nagalia and Sh. Amrick Singh Gambhir are the Directors and in Ireo Fiveriver Private Limited, Sh. Anupam Nagalia and Sh. Madhukar Tulsi are the Directors. He further states that the judgment was passed against Puma Realtors Private Limited and Ireo Fiveriver Private Limited. However, only one (i.e. Puma Realtors Private Limited) has been impleaded as a party.

                        Faced with this situation, Counsel for the decree holders wishes to withdraw this Execution Application, with liberty to file it again after giving better facts.

                        Liberty granted.

                        Accordingly, the Execution Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the decree holders.

                        Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
