                   At the time of arguments, an objection was raised by Counsel for the Opposite Parties that if the relief claimed in Clause 25 (i) to (iv) is added together, the total value of the unit, in question, exceeds Rs.1 crore.

                   Faced with the situation, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one after giving better particulars. To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   Liberty granted.

                   In view of above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   The time spent during the pendency of this complaint will not be counted towards limitation, if fresh complaint is filed.

                   On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, excluding zimini orders, to the  complainants, within a week from today, against proper receipt.

                    Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
