ORDER

During the course of arguments, it was noticed that power of attorney, on the basis of which, this complaint has been filed, does not authorize the attorney to undertake any legal proceedings against the Opposite Parties. Furthermore, in subsequent special power of attorney placed on record, which was executed after filing of this complaint, the action already taken by the attorney, was not ratified. 

                   Faced with this situation, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh one, after giving better particulars.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge
